Base pricing is $225 per square foot of living area and includes our full standard feature package. VEC pays the closing costs on every home we sell. Final price depends on the homesite and your selections. All dimensions are approximate and may vary with actual construction. Plans, renderings, specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Any of the six plans above, built on a lot you already own. Same crews, same standard features, same $225 per square foot — and we take your project from a two-dimensional drawing to a three-dimensional home.
Tell us what's on your mind and we'll put it on paper, then turn that drawing into your home. Or bring your own architect, engineer or designer and we'll work directly with them. Either way you get a project manager and design team from start to finish, a construction orientation before we break ground, and a schedule we treat like a promise.
We check setbacks, flood zone, utilities and fill before we quote, so the number you get is the number.
